SOULFUL EXPRESSION
The year 2020 provided great gifts for me. The shutdowns and precautions around Covid-19 allowed me to spend more introspective time, more meditation, more appreciation and more gratitude. It also presented me with the time and opportunity to express my creativity in the way of watercolour. When I paint, I am in the flow with the Divine. It is in itself a form of meditation.
